I have enjoyed the experience and atmosphere at Loxx salon each time I have been. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and yet very professional. I am impressed with Chanel who shows great skill and understanding of her clients needs and wishes. She communicates well and has a sunny disposition making it a pleasure to be looked after by her.

My daughters hair was quite matted, but Tamara handled it with great care and skill. She washed and brushed out her hair, leaving it smooth and beautiful. My daughter absolutely loved her time there, and I could hear Tamara chatting away with her, asking lots of questions and making her feel comfortable and at ease. Tamara has a wonderful way with kids and her friendly and patient demeanor really made the experience special. She's already very keen to get back there for future appointments! Thank you, Tamara, for your kindness and professionalism. We will definitely be returning for future haircuts!

I am really happy with Laura. She is very friendly and lovely. My first experience with Laura was while going through a traumatic injury meaning I couldn’t wash my hair and she was very understanding and sympathetic. Feel like I’ve won the lottery finding her as she listens to my requests regarding my haircuts, and does a great job too. Overall a pleasant experience in a really lovely salon.

I first saw Paris in July 2025 when I needed serious help getting my hair back to blonde for my November 2025 wedding. After a disappointing experience at a high-profile salon that left me needing multiple corrections, I booked in with Paris and the difference was immediate. From the very first session my hair was already looking amazing, and it only took three foil appointments in total to achieve my perfect blonde. The colour was exactly what I wanted and it held beautifully through to the wedding. Paris is incredibly talented, precise and genuinely cares about the outcome for your hair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my blonde now.
